A lifelong fan of western novels, movies, and anything of a western history
nature, I am delighted that New York publisher, Avalon Books,
has just published my fourth novel, Blood on the Rimrock , the third in the Piedmont Kelly series. U.S. Marshal Piedmont Kelly is out to solve the murder of a man killed while sharing a campsite with the marshal. Then, in an attempt to backtrack the dead man's horse, he comes across a Chiricahua Apache who has been shot and will surely die without Kelly's intervention. After saving the Apache's life, he finds he may not have done the man a favor. The Indian is wanted in conjunction with a stagecoach robbery and killing. Kelly is highly suspicious of the evidence, however, and sets out to prove his own theory.
Avalon will soon be looking at the fourth Piedmont Kelly novel, Ambush Creek . It has as yet no release date. However, Treble Heart Books plans to release my new Christian Western, Saving Matty, in E-book and paperback formats soon. I am very excited about this new venture as the E-book world is expanding rapidly. I will give out more information when I get a firm publishing date.
And, of course, I would love to have new readers enjoying my short stories. Amazon.com currently has three of them, each downloadable for only .49 cents each. To access them directly, copy the url below and paste it into your address window.

for magazines such as Plane & Pilot, Sport Aviation, Indiana Business,
and many others. I have for the past 6+ years been a freelance Correspondent
for the Indianapolis Star, Indiana's largest daily newspaper. I have a number of other novels in the works, and I promise to keep my readers informed as to new developments.
